1. Agreement and operator
ORANGE FOX LLC operates Danki Korean. By using this website or the Korean app when it becomes available, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are legally a minor where you live, use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian where required.
2. What Danki Korean provides
Danki Korean is an educational tool for learning Hangul and introductory Korean. The first app release is being prepared around guided lessons, cards, audio, writing help, a library, and spaced review. Website descriptions and app screenshots show work in development and may change before release. They do not promise a particular release date, platform approval, or future feature.
This website does not currently offer an account, purchase, subscription, or checkout for Danki Korean. Any future paid feature will show its price and purchase terms before a transaction.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site and app for personal study and other lawful educational purposes. Please do not interfere with the service, try to bypass access controls, or copy and redistribute proprietary app code or media except where a license or law allows it. You are responsible for your use of study material and for complying with applicable law.
4. Your study progress
The first-release app keeps study progress locally. A paired Korean iPhone and Apple Watch can exchange Korean review state. There is no Korean account-based cloud backup or sync in the first release. You are responsible for your device and its backup settings; deleting app data may remove progress. Our Privacy Policy explains the data flows in more detail.
5. Content, ownership, and other licenses
ORANGE FOX LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the Danki Korean app, site, design, audio, illustrations, and original study content. The service includes some third-party or openly licensed material, including Hangul writing references, under the notices supplied with that material. Nothing in these terms takes away rights granted by those licenses. You keep rights in content you send to us; you give us permission to use a message as needed to respond and address the request.
Danki Korean teaches introductory language skills but does not guarantee a particular level of fluency, exam result, or error-free translation. If you find an error, contact us so we can review it.
6. Availability and changes
We may correct content, adjust features, pause access, or discontinue a feature when needed. We will try to communicate material changes through the website or app. The service may be unavailable during updates or due to conditions outside our control.
7. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and app are provided without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose. To the extent permitted by law, ORANGE FOX LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
8. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the Korean edition changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide notice when required by law. For questions, copyright concerns, or other requests, email support@foxred.org.
